Passion Project
Step 1: Define the Idea
My idea is to create new Viking-oriented animations for our school's new Daktronic scoreboard. I think doing this will be a great challenge because I'll have to learn an all-new Adobe workshop, but I'm up for the challenge.
Step 2: Research your Idea
Not knowing much of it at all at the start, I put in time to watch a video to add a headshot. We need access to the main laptop in order to test out anything, plus possibly might need to be in the scoreboard room. I am actively watching bit by bit of the training video.
Step 4: Feedback
People said my Taylor Farms sponsorship recognition was good. I showed them some other projects and listened to their feedback and one of my projects came out like this
Step 3: Brain Storm & Analyze
There is much work that needs to be done. As of right now, the team has gotten a "Go Vikings" animation, and a rotating NSHS emblem. And I started on our sponsors with Taylor Farms.
Step 4: The Draft
I have created a short thank you to our sponsor Taylor Farms. It's pretty basic, but I haven't had much time to dive deep and learn all the techniques in Adobe After Effects. My goal over the break is to watch a bunch of YouTube videos and become better so I can make higher-quality work.
